EXP Academy’s Security Awareness Training Course meets the requirements established by the Washington State Board of Accountancy for one hour of continuing professional education (CPE).
With this FREE course, you can earn an hour of CPE credit while you become better at spotting threats and thwarting attacks.
Specifically, the course meets the following requirements:
Qualifying subject category: Technical Subjects –general computer skills, computer software training, information technology planning and management. As listed in WAC 4-30-132(5).
Attendee sign in required: Students are required to sign in with a name and email address.
Date of Program: Release date 4/26/22
Number of CPE Hours: 1 hour (defined by Board rule as a 50-minute period).
Certificate of Completion: A certificate of completion with unique completion number is available when students complete the course.
To obtain credit, students will need to log into the CPE Tracker tool located in their online services account through Secure Access Washington (SAW). Students may be required to enter the certificate number (from your certificate of completion) and the course creation date. This course was filmed between 12/1/2021 and 3/31/2022. EXP Academy Security Awareness Training was released on 4/26/2022.
