As President and chief customer service evangelist, Patty provides leadership and oversight at EXP. She also enforces a strict levity policy at work. And since she’s the boss, laughing at her jokes is mandatory. Despite her many responsibilities, she doesn’t let the EXP team have all the fun, so she continues to work actively as a consultant. (Or maybe she just likes getting out of the office.) Patty started her IT career at one of the premier A&E firms in Seattle where she learned the ropes by supporting architects with AutoCAD and related industry specific software. After holding a senior leadership position at another Seattle IT consulting company, Patty founded EXP in 2003 and has grown the company steadily since then. Her work ethic, straightforward communication style, and technical experience are integral to the EXP ethos.
