As director of sales and marketing, Kelly participates in the first meaningful conversations prospective clients have with EXP. Kelly sometimes says, “I employ unconventional methods to produce extraordinary results,” but don’t let the flowery language fool you. Those of us who have observed him in action know that his “unconventional” method is simple: he listens more than he speaks.
Prior to working at EXP, Kelly had three decades of success in technology sales and sales leadership roles. He has gone on the trips, won the giant flatscreen TVs, and he has a bookshelf full of pointy glass awards to commemorate it! His experience includes many years selling engineering software (Computational Fluid Dynamics, Data Visualization) to NASA, government labs, Fortune 1000 corporations, and universities. For the past decade and a half Kelly has connected hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses across the Puget Sound Region to outsourced IT support. He holds a BS in Accounting from University of Arizona and has been through more sales and marketing training programs than he cares to admit.
